The comfortable rooms, equipped with every comfort and private bathrooms, are located in my house, in a seventeenth century building in the Quartieri Spagnoli, 200 meters from the Toledo metro station and a few minutes from the Central and Montesanto funiculars. We are at the end of the path of the ancient Pedamentina and a few steps from many typical trattorias. The central location allows you to easily reach most of the places of interest both tourist and business of the city.

Le stanze comode e dotate di ogni comfort e di bagni privati interni, sono situate in casa mia, in un edificio del seicento nei Quartieri Spagnoli, a 200 metri dalla stazione metro Toledo e a pochi minuti dalle funicolari Centrale e Montesanto. Siamo alla fine del percorso dell'antica Pedamentina e a pochi passi da numerose trattorie tipiche. La posizione centralissima permette di raggiungere comodamente a piedi la maggior parte dei luoghi di interesse sia turistico che lavorativo della città.

The Sunrise Room is a large room of 24 square meters with high ceiling and it has a typical Neapolitan balcony overlooking the characteristic alley. It is furnished with DOUBLE BED, SOFA BED 140cm, CUPBOARD, CHEST OF DRAWERS, BEDSIDE TABLES and TABLE WITH CHAIRS, equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, HEATING, WiFi, BATHROOM WITH A SPACIOUS SHOWER.

La Sunrise Room è un'ampia stanza di 24 mq, ha il
soffitto alto e un tipico balcone napoletano con affaccio sul caratteristico vicolo.
E' arredata con LETTO MATRIMONIALE, DIVANO LETTO A UNA PIAZZA E MEZZA (140cm), ARMADIO, CASSETTONE, COMODINI e TAVOLO CON SEDIE, dotata di sistema di CONDIZIONAMENTO, RISCALDAMENTO, WiFi, BAGNO CON DOCCIA SPAZIOSA.

The Moonshine room is a cozy double room.
It has an airy high ceiling and a typical Neapolitan balcony overlooking the characteristic alley, in short, there is everything you need to get yourself 100% in the atmosphere of the Spanish Quarters. It is furnished with DOUBLE BED, WARDROBE, bedside tables, equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, HEATING, LOCKING, WiFi and a LARGE EXCLUSIVE BATHROOM WITH KING SIZE SHOWER.

La Moonshine room è un'accogliente stanza matrimoniale. Ha un arioso soffitto alto e un tipico balcone napoletano con affaccio sul caratteristico vicolo, insomma c'è tutto il necessario per calarsi al 100% nell'atmosfera dei Quartieri Spagnoli. E' arredata con LETTO MATRIMONIALE, ARMADIO, COMODINI, dotata di sistema di CONDIZIONAMENTO, RISCALDAMENTO, SERRATURA, WiFi e di un AMPIO BAGNO ESCLUSIVO CON DOCCIA KING SIZE.

From the entrance you first enter the Wake-up Corner area, then a corridor gets you to the night area where your privacy is key.

The Wake-up corner is equipped with everything you need to prepare yourself a quick breakfast to consume in your room.
There is fridge with juices, yogurt and milk, Neapolitan Espresso Coffee machine with pods, instant coffee and cappuccino, sugar, kettle with tea and herbal tea, microwave, sink, fresh fruit and a small selection of sealed cakes.
Dall'ingresso si accede prima all'Area Risveglio e poi, lungo il corridoio, alla zona notte dove non manca la giusta privacy.

L'Area Risveglio è equipaggiata con tutto quello che serve per preparsi una veloce colazione da consumare in camera.
C'è il frigo con succhi, latte e yogurt, la macchina per il caffè espresso made in Napoli con cialde, caffè e cappuccino istantanei, zucchero, bollitore con te e tisane, forno a microonde, lavello, frutta fresca e una piccola selezione di dolci e biscotti confezionati.
FACILITIES
Towels and bed sheets are provided.
The elevator works with 0.10 cents coins, always available in the entrance container.
Use of the iron is free but on request.
The private balcony of each room, only place where smoking is permitted, is equipped with ashtray.
Asciugamani e lenzuola sono forniti.
L'ascensore funziona con monete da 0,10 cents, sempre disponibili nell'ingresso.
L'uso del ferro da stiro è gratuito ma su richiesta.
Il balconcino privato di ciascuna camera, unica zona dove è consentito fumare, è dotato di posacenere.
